Villa La Flor

A beautiful three bedroomed detached property with a private pool, where you can chill out sunbathe and stargaze every evening, very private at the rear of the property overlooking green belt surrounded by Mountains.

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, sleeps six people

"Casa La Flor" is in a very quiet residential area of unspoiled natural beauty. The village of Turre nestles below the Cabeneras mountain range and is only a walking distance of 15 minuets.

There you will find a well stocked supermarket shops tapas bars and restaurants. There is a market in the village square every Friday where you can buy local produce and barter for a bargain at the many stores.

Mojacar Pueblo

The moorish town of Mojacar sit on the hillside and can be seen from the solarium it is called sugar cube mountain with its white washed houses and winding cobbled streets. There are lots of shops to explore and very nice bars and restaurants. The veiws from the terrace at the top are spectacular.

Mojacar Playa

Mojacar Playa (beach) is a 10 minuet drive away the front stretches 9 kilometers there are numerous shops, bars and restaurants and nighclubs. Along the front all types of water Sport activities can be found. Other sport include Golf, bowls, tennis, horse riding, camel safari, fishing, go-carting

Garrucha harbour and port are also just a 10 minuet drive away it is a very popular with the Spanish for ther vacation and boasts many fresh fish restaurants. There is a long promenade and sandy beach and it is lovely a for a stroll at any time.

Vera

Vera, town has many buildings of architectural interest and its long beach is only 10/15 drive minuets away. There is an Aqua park at Vera 10/15 minuets drive away.

Mini Hollywood and Sorbas Caves

There are caves to visit and explore at Sorbas a 30 minuet drive away. Mini Hollywood is in the desert area of the Tabernas were many Westerns were filmed and also Lawrence of Arabia just a 30 minuet drive away

Cabo de Gata

If you like scenary then a drive along the coast to the National park and the unspoiled beaches of the Cabo de Gata are a must.

A golfers paradise

The area is a Golfers Paradise with five courses all within 10.15 minuets drive away. Desert Springs, Marina Golf, Cortijo Grande, Playa Macenas, and Valle Este.

Strictly no smoking except outside.

£200 sterling will secure your booking. A refundable security bond deposit of £200 against damage/breakage is required with your final settlement 6 weeks prior to your holiday. This will be refunded within two weeks from your departure after inspection.

No Pets allowed

All children must be supervised at all times around the pool.

No diving or running around the pool.
