CASA CASCADA

Casa Cascada is situated in the Cortijo Grande valley with stunning views over the Cortijo Grande Golf Course towards the Sierra Cabrera Mountains. It is a very secluded and private villa with versatile accommodation to suit groups of friends or extended family groups.

The main house comprises master bedroom with king-size bed and ensuite bathroom with both a bath and separate shower. There are patio doors to a private terrace with stunning views, over unspoilt countryside to the Sierra Cabrera Mountains.

The lounge is very comfortably furnished with TV, video and stereo and has an open fireplace and doors to a side terrace with rock garden and water feature. The modern, newly fitted kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher. There is a separate dining room. Doors also open onto a further shadey terrace with views over the golf course in the Cortijo Grande

In a separate area there is also a utility area with washing machine. Steps from the terrace lead to a self-contained guest, twin-bedded bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a sitting room and a pretty secluded courtyard area.

On the far side of the swimming pool is a second guest annex with a double bedroom, full bathroom and twin bedded room with en-suite shower room. There is also a well equipped kitchen/dining area in this annex.

The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and set in a large sun terrace with rock garden and has stunning views across the valley whilst being totally private.

Surrounding the villa are several areas both shaded and sunny with tables, chairs and sunloungers and one area has a barbeque.

Air-conditioning and ceiling fans are fitted to the main house.

Casa Cascada has full central heating in the main house and a self contained guest annex, making it and ideal choice for a winter break too.

Turre is 5 mins away and is the nearest town for restaurants, tapas bars, supermarket, bakery and banks. Market day here is on a Friday. Mojacar, with it's 17kms of beach, restaurants, beach bars, supermarkets and shops are just 15 minutes away, as is the old town of Mojacar set high on a hill looking down on the sparkling Mediterranean.

A very warm welcome awaits you from our experienced Exclusive Villa Rentals representative who will provide a food and drink hamper with our compliments and will be available for any queries you may have and for general advice to ensure you enjoy every minute of your holiday.

A weekly maid service and change of linen/towels is provided as standard and additional maid service/daily cleaning can be provided for a small extra charge at 10 euros per hour.
