Casa Lucero is an attractive, comfortable duplex, spacious and light - hence the name.

The duplex is set on a small frontline community along Mojacar Playa within walking distance to shops, tapas bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The Mojacar beach is only a short stroll away. On the ground floor is a well equipped modern kitchen with ample fridge/freezer space, microwave, dishwasher and outside undercover is the laundry area with washing machine. A comfortable lounge area with TV, Video and music centre also has a dining end with table and chairs.

Patio doors lead onto a private shaded terrace with further table and chairs for dining alfresco, looking towards the large communal pool and well kept gardens. Also on this level is a double shower room.

On the upper floor is the master bedroom with full en-suite bathroom and doors leading onto a balcony with views over the pool, gardens and the Mediterranean Sea. Also on this level are two twin bedded rooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

All living areas and bedrooms have ceiling fans, and full reversible air-conditioning units.

Set within pretty gardens with a flowing water feature, large pool and toddlers splash pool this is an ideal choice for a family holiday.

A weekly maid service and change of linen/towels is provided as standard and additional maid service/daily cleaning can be provided for a small extra charge at 10 Euros per hour.
