Casa Colorado nestling in the Cortijo Grande valley is a beautifully renovated and sympathetically original Cortijo. It has views down the valley to the golf course and the Cabrera Mountains. This charming villa oozes character.

On the ground floor is an entrance hall with cloakroom and doors to the beamed sitting room with open fire place.

Doors lead out onto a partially covered terrace area with tables and chairs for dining alfresco. (TV, DVD and Video) This terrace leads out onto the swimming pool and terraces with another table and chairs and Sunloungers.

An archway from the sitting room leads through to the dining room and another door goes through to the well appointed kitchen complete with dresser unit.

There is a separate laundry room and on a lower level another sitting room.

The other wing to the ground floor has three bedrooms. Two twin bedded sharing a large family bathroom and a double bedroom with full ensuite bathroom and doors to the swimming pool terrace.

Upstairs is another bedroom with bathroom, dressing room area and double bedded room with doors to a terrace with stunning views.

The house is comfortable, full of character, well equipped, in a very relaxing, away from it all location, but still only 10 minutes drive to the nearest town of Turre, with it’s bustling market on a Friday. Mojacar with it’s beaches, beach bars, restaurants and busy nightlife is about 15 minutes drive.

A very warm welcome awaits you from our experienced Exclusive Villa Rentals representative who will provide a food and drink hamper with our compliments and will be available for any queries you may have and for general advice to ensure you enjoy every minute of your holiday.

A weekly maid service and change of linen/towels is provided as standard and additional maid service/daily cleaning can be provided for a small extra charge at 10 euros per hour.
