Villa Fiori is a luxury villa with private swimming pool and distant sea views set in landscaped gardens.

It has and elevated position with panoramic views across to the distant Mediterranean, Vera town and Mojacar Pueblo nestled in the far off mountains.

The villa has been decorated and furnished tastefully and is well equipped.

There are 5 bedrooms, 2 of them ensuite and a further large bathroom and a cloakroom. The arrangement of the bedrooms is one double bedded, two twin bedded, one super king size and one king size.

The sitting room is equipped with Satellite T.V, DVD player and HI-FI. Outside on the terraces looking out over the swimming pool are comfortable sofa and chairs and dining table and chairs. Sunloungers and parasols are provided around the pool terrace and there is a BBQ.

Vera is the nearest town which has supermarket, restaurant and Mojacar beach area with its lively beach bars and restaurants also caters for those looking for some night life. Garrucha is 10 minutes away and with its old fishing port and abundance of seafood restaurants.

A weekly maid service and change of linen/towels is provided as standard and additional maid service/daily cleaning can be provided for a small extra charge at 10 euros per hour.
