VILLA LA ARBOLEDA

Villa La Arboleda is a magnificent 5 bedroom traditional style villa situated at the far end of a private estate of six villas and is approached through its own gate along a sweeping drive way. To one side of this driveway is the tennis court and to the other side is a garden area with palms, orange trees and various other fruit trees.

The front steps to the house lead up to a covered porch with double front doors opening into an impressive lounge with its double - height vaulted ceiling and gallery area with doors to an upper terrace and an imposing marble fireplace with wood burner. Two stylish sitting areas complete with Sky TV with full sports package and DVD player have 2 sets of double doors to the rear terrace, pool and gardens.

Beautiful open archways lead to a large modern well equipped kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is equipped with an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher large range oven, and numerous electrical appliances.

The dining area with music centre leads via a double door to the rear terrace, with large granite topped dining table with built in BBQ with cushioned corner bench seating, rattan sofa and chairs, hammocks and loungers.

This impressive 10 foot long rear shaded terrace is south facing with lonely views over the pool and garden areas towards the mountains of the Sierra Cabrera and Mojacar Pueblo.

Wide steps lead gently down to the 12 x 8m turquoise mosaic tiled pool which can be heated out of season at an extra cost. The pool is surrounded by Royal Grass and tiled terraces complete with sun loungers and table and chairs for dining alfresco by a beautifully lit pool under the stars.

Within the garden is a pavilion with Jacuzzi, loungers and a fireplace. In another area amongst the aloes, palms and yuccas is a boules court.

There are two bedrooms in the "east wing" of the villa; the master bedroom has a super king contemporary four poster bed with fitted wardrobes, double doors to the rear terrace and an ensuite shower room. The adjacent bedroom has single sleep bunk bed and sofa bed. (Cots are also available)

In the "west wing" of the house are 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine. The two twin bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and one has double doors to the main terrace. The third bedroom is double bedded and has fitted wardrobes and a large ensuite shower room.

All bedrooms and living areas have full reversible air conditioning units.

A weekly maid service and change of linen/towels is provided as standard and additional maid service/daily cleaning can be provided for a small extra charge at 10 Euros per hour.
