In the countryside in the Eastern Corner of Almeria Spain, Villa Tranquila is a spacious four bedroom villa and sleeps 8 people comfortably. The villa is set on a promontony overlooking a golf course in the Cortijo Grande valley and has been built with terraces on three sides with stunning mountain views to the Sierra Cabrera.
The house comprises on the first floor, a fully fitted and well equipped kitchen, with separate laundry, lounge with TV and DVD, dining area with access through patio doors to the outside dining area facing due west, to dine alfresco and watch the sun go down. On this level is a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room.
The swimming pool 8m x 4m is accessed via steps from this upper level and also from the master bedroom suite on the level below. The pool has a stepped area at one end and uses a salt water system. Surrounding the pool area ample sun terraces and an under-cover BBQ and dining area, also an outside cloakroom.
Downstairs in the house, besides the master bedroom with its own large shower room en-suite are two further bedrooms, one twin bedded with extra large single beds and another with a double bed. Both these bedrooms share a full bathroom. All bedrooms have air-conditioning.
The house is comfortably furnished and ideal for a family holiday.
With full central heating it is an ideal choice for a winter break.
