DUPLEX TO RENT NEAR VERA, ALMERIA SPAIN

Ground floor has living room containing two sofas, dining table and chairs, bookcase/drinks cabinet, LCD television, DVD player. Separate kitchen containing fridge/freezer, hob and over, microwave, fully equipped, and utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor, together with a shower room with toilet and washbasin.

There is dual air conditioning/heat in the living room and the property also has portable fans and an ioniser unit. Ample supplies of bed linen, towels and tea towels provided. The property comfortably fits six people

Upstairs is the master bedroom with double bed and a large terrace facing east and south, which opens off both the master bedroom and the landing. Sun loungers provided for terrace. The third bedroom with twin beds is adjacent, together with a family size bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, washbasin with vanity unit and bidet.

Outside is a large porch with table and chairs and a garden. A large upper level terrace is a great area to relax which enjoys all day sunshine.

Travel:- Although a regular bus service is available from outside the holiday complex a car is recommended to get the best from your stay. The bus service is regular and travels between the towns of Vera, Garrucha, Mojacar Playa and Mojacar Pueblo. The bus service is cheap and has many stops along the route.

Golf:- Almeria Spain has been a popular tourists resort for over 40 years. Golf is now the fastest growing leisure activity in Almeria and becoming another good reason to visit or take a golfing holiday break in the area.
