Apartment details

This splendid holiday apartment is on the 3rd floor of the newly completed (Dec 05) Los Atalayones complex, located on the Mojacar Playa, Spain. It offers very comfortable accommodation for 4/5 people and comprises of two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge and a storeroom which is equipped with children's pool floats, sun beds and tennis rackets. For those who wish to bring their own diving equipment, wind surfing board, golf clubs etc. it is safe and secure storeroom which you are welcome to use at no extra cost. The master bedroom and lounge each have their own large terraces, with a smaller terrace leading off the twin bedroom, all with sea views.

The apartment faces east which ensures the terraces are bathed in sunlight from sunrise to late afternoon, when the sun falls behind the mountain. It is in a quite location yet only 400 metres from the playa where you will find a great selection of resturants and bars.

Lounge

The lounge-dining room is a good size with ceiling fan, leather sofa, dining table and 4 chairs. A Television, which receives British satellite channels, and DVD player, with a selection of 100 plus films etc. is provided for your entertainment. The lounge has air-conditioning.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with matching dining service set, cooking pans and equipment, kettle, toaster and everything you would expect to find in a well equipped kitchen. White goods include a washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer and extractor fan. An iron, ironing board, laundry basket and cloth horse are also provided.

Bedroom's

The bedrooms are situated off the hallway behind the lounge-diner. The master bedroom is a good sized room which offers, bedside tables with table lamps, dressing table, full length mirror and king-sized bed. The twin room offers one normal sized single bed and one oversized single bed. The beds have been chosen to ensure everyone has a comfortable night's rest and to provide extra comfort when four adults are sharing the apartment. Both rooms have air-conditioning, ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes

Bathroom

The bathroom is fully tiled with a full length bath with a overhead shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet.

Golf

Los Atalayones is an ideal location for golfers as it is close to 5 golf courses in the Mojacar area. Playa Macenas and Marina Golf are the closes being a short 10 minute drive away. Other golf courses within the Mojacar area are Desert Springs, Valle de Este and Cortijo Grande.
