This 2 bedroom apartment is situated near Vera on the Valle del Este Golf Resort which is one of Southern Spain's most prestigious golf courses. The golf resort includes a 18 hole, par 71 golf course, tennis, swimming pools and access to the Valle del Este Hotel facilities. Visitors to the complex can also gain access to the Valle del Este 'Beach Club' which is located on the Vera Playa. This is a newly completed (Dec 05) 1st floor apartment and offers comfortable accommodation for 5 people. It comprises two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, lounge-dinner and balcony with views across the golf course and mountains.

Lounge

The lounge-dining room is a good size with sofa bed, dining table and 4 chairs. Sky TV is provided for your entertainment.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge freezer, toaster and extraction fan. An iron and ironing board is also provided.

Bedroom's

The bedrooms are situated off the hallway behind the lounge-diner. The master bedroom is a good sized room which offers a double bed. The twin room offers two single beds and fitted wardrobes

Bathroom:- The bathroom is fully tiled with a full length bath with a overhead shower, wash basin, bidet and toilet.

Mojacar / Golf in Almeria Spain

Golf enthusiasts have several golf courses in the area. These include Cortijo Grande (9 hole 18 tee) which is the oldest course in the area to the new 18 hole golf courses of Desert Springs, Valle del Este, Marina de la Torre and Playa Macenas,

Mini Hollywood park and zoo, where the spaghetti westerns were made, is at Tabernas. There are caves to visit at Sorbas, the natural park with flamingos at Cabo de Gata, and the Alhambra at Granada is only a couple of hours drive.

Valle del Este Beach Club

The beach resorts of Mojacar and Garrucha are great tourist resorts with golden beaches, lots of tapas bars, restaurants and beach bars. The ancient Moorish hilltop village of Mojacar Pueblo (seen in the distance) is a must, with its cobbled streets and alleyways, great gift shops, music venues, cultural centre, bars and restaurants. There are other white villages to visit, including Bedar and Nijar. There is a marina/fishing port at Garrucha with seafood restaurants. At Vera there is the oldest bullring in Spain, a naturist beach and Saturday weekly market.

Golf

Valle del Este is an ideal location for golfers as it is close to 4 golf courses in the Mojacar area. Playa Macenas and Marina Golf are the closes being a short 10 minute drive away. Other golf courses within the Mojacar area are Desert Springs and Cortijo Grande.
