Apartment:- A superb top floor apartment with lift located in the very popular Victoria Buildings with stunning coastal and mountain views. The apartment is one of 58 in a luxury block with a large rooftop swimming pool commanding stunning scenery. There is also a gymnasium, sauna and jacuzzi at no further cost. The apartment has a balcony with both coastal and mountain views and comes complete with an entryphone/TV surveillance system offering unbeatable security. As you can see from the internal photographs the apartment is spacious, nicely furnished and is also in a very quiet part of the building away from the nearby bars. We also have English TV for your enjoyment. There are bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a lift for easy access and no one above so very peaceful. We now have a very exclusive jazz club in the village. This is our 5th year for renting out this apartment and we are pleased to have many regular clients

Mojacar is handy for visiting other places, the fishing village of Garrucha is a few minutes drive and also has a great golf facility. Almeria is about 50 min drive and Granada is 2 hours away which makes it great for visiting or in winter a days skiing. The markets of Carbonaras,Vera and Garrucha are all a few minutes drive away. Desert Springs which is a popular golf resort with the celebs is only 30 mins away and is the only desert golf course in Europe. Mojacar Pueblo itself is a fantastic place-there are bars and restaurants within walking distance. There is an excellent bus service to the beach area. There is also an exclusive jazz club now open in the village. Mini Hollywood is again a short drive and is a great place to visit to see where films such as Indiana Jones, pirates of the Caribbean and the good bad and ugly were filmed there is also a huge zoo and swimming facilities which makes a top day out

Fancy a night in? The apt has videos, board games, tapes and an assortment of books for your enjoyment. There are 4 golf courses within 15kms of the apartment, including 2 championship courses. Marina Golf can be seen from the balcony. Mojacar is a typical Spanish village with a Moorish feel, having visited once, people are drawn to its unique charm and come again and again. There are many fiestas in the village where villagers and visitors all join in together to enjoy the entertainment.
