Spacious new apartment on Al Andalus Thalassa luxury complex with tennis and paddle tennis courts, outdoor pools, indoor heated pool and spa, children's parks, gardens with waterfall and fountains. Very close to the local Blue Flag beach, supermarket, water park and restaurants/bars.

A short drive away is Vera Town - typically Spanish with a bullring, street market, a beautiful town square and churches. Mojacar Strip and Mojacar Pueblo are also only a 10 minute drive, providing numerous shops, restaurants and endless uncrowded beaches for your enjoyment. Families and sports enthusiasts are well catered for with golf courses, diving, water sports and parks in this beautiful corner of Southern Spain.

The apartment is non-smoking and sleeps 4 people in comfort, having 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully fitted modern kitchen, large lounge/dining area and a huge suntrap terrace with shady covered arch and pergola for dining and relaxing

Lounge/Dining Area: 2 sofas, flat screen tv, PS2, DVD, music centre, dining table and chairs for 4 people, sliding patio doors to terrace

Main Bedroom with en-suite Bathroom: Double with large wardrobes and views to terrace. En-suite has bath/shower, vanity, bidet and toilet.

Large Terrace: Simply stunning suntrap terrace with feature Andalusian arch under which sits a glass table and four chairs for dining al fresco. We also have a large wooden pergola and sunbeds. As well as relaxing in the sun all day, guests will find this a relaxing space to sit in the evenings with candles and sangria!

Places to visit and golf courses

Golf enthusiasts have several golf courses in the area. These include Cortijo Grande (9 hole 18 tee) which is the oldest course in the area to the new 18 hole golf courses of Desert Springs, Valle del Este, Marina de la Torre and Playa Macenas,

Mini Hollywood park and zoo, where the spaghetti westerns were made, is at Tabernas. There are caves to visit at Sorbas, the natural park with flamingos at Cabo de Gata, and the Alhambra at Granada is only a couple of hours drive.

The beach resorts of Mojacar and Garrucha are great tourist resorts with golden beaches, lots of tapas bars, restaurants and beach bars. The ancient Moorish hilltop village of Mojacar Pueblo (seen in the distance) is a must, with its cobbled streets and alleyways, great gift shops, music venues, cultural centre, bars and restaurants. There are other white villages to visit, including Bedar and Nijar. There is a marina/fishing port at Garrucha with seafood restaurants. At Vera there is the oldest bullring in Spain, a naturist beach and Saturday weekly market.
